Dr. Shikha Mittal Shrivastav is working as Assistant Professor in Department of Business and Sustainability. She has 12 years of experience in teaching, research, training and mentoring. She is an academician in the area of Finance & Accounting. She holds a PhD degree in Corporate Governance from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. She is UGC NET JRF Qualified and Gold medalist in MBA. She has published and presented various papers in National and International Journals and Conferences of repute. Besides research and teaching engagements, she has also conducted MDP for the Government Officials at National Institute of Financial Management, Faridabad and FDP at Centre for Professional Development in Higher Education (a UGC and DU Initiative), IILM Graduate School of Management and other colleges in the area of Finance. Her research interests include Corporate Governance, Ownership Structure, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Valuation.
